Working at a job you hate with people you love is worse. The people can come and go at a moment's notice, your job and the company aren't going to change much over the course of time.

that's what i was thinking too. sigh.

I was going to vote the other way around. I worked in a job I loved with people I hated for 3 years and EVERY day was ruined due to personal drama and negativity. But I'm a "people" person and can't handle it when my environment is not harmonious. I'd rather be flipping burgers and laughing with co-workers than having jerks suck the life out of me. Being self-employed is the best, I tell you!!

well, let's also remember that at some jobs you make really like some people and really not like other people, what do you do then?

No one ever loves a job forever, eventually people get tired of doing it. So I guess I'll go with having a job you hate and people you like working with.

pick the job you love, that's what you're there for ... the wrong people WILL eventually go away
